Meats: Choice of 1 Roast beef in gravy, hot ham in pineapple glaze, hot turkey breast, spaghetti with meatballs, fried chicken, boneless barbecue chicken breast, boneless lemon pepper chicken breast, our signature slow roasted pulled pork, seasoned pork chops, roasted pork loin with south western spices. (An additional $1.00 for second meat choice)
Vegetables: Choice of 2 Sweet buttered corn, glazed baby carrots, vegetable medley, peas in butter sauce, seasoned green beans, broccoli and cheese, peas and carrots.
Starches: Choice of 1 Mashes potatoes, rice pilaf, macaroni and cheese, German potato salad, scalloped potatoes, Italian rigatoni, baked potatoes with sour cream and butter, garlic mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes. Salads: Choice of 1 Fresh tossed salad, pasta salad, Cole slaw, potato salad, fruit salad.
Appetizers: choice of 1 Cottage cheese, baked beans, cranberry relish, vegetable and dip, cheese tray, cheese ball with crackers, relish tray, salami rollups.

We use heavy duty foam plates and clear plastic silverware. We will need four 6-inch tables to set up buffet. $250 deposit required. Full Payment is due Two Weeks before your event. Travel charges per half hour: $25. State taxes 7% and gratuity 18% applies. Serving times based on number of people / 75-99 1 hr.100-150 1 ½ hr. 151-200 2 hrs Minimum of 75 people. Ask for our policy for smaller groups.
